Roger Uittenbogaard
Interim Pastor

Rev. Uittenbogaard has been an ordained minister for over 38 years. He served churches in Tenafly, NJ, Newtown Square, PA and Cherry Hill, NJ. and most recently was the Executive Presbyter of the Presbytery of Donegal in southeastern Pennsylvania. Roger is a graduate of Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa and Princeton Theological Seminary. As our interim pastor, he will be helping the congregation prepare for the calling of a new pastor.

Kevin Martin

Kevin Martin is preparing for the Gospel Ministry and is a first year student at Liberty University Theological Seminary. He brings to our church a great deal of enthusiasm, a strong commitment to Jesus Christ and His church, and gifts and talents in youth ministry. Kevin and his wife Jenn live in Lynchburg.

Harold Lee Tipton
Choir Director

A graduate of E. C. Glass High School, Lynchburg, Harold Lee pursued a music education degree at Shenandoah Conservatory of Music. There he minored in percussion and piano. He is a lifelong resident of Central Virginia. |
Steve Morningstar
Music Leader, Celebration Worship Service |

Steve Morningstar is the Music Leader for our 8:45 contemporary worship service. He is a graduate student at Liberty University in their Worship Studies program. He has previously served as a music leader for churches in Washington State and California, and he served as a Chaplains Assistant in the U. S. Army while stationed in Hawaii. Steve, his wife Trisha, and their three children live in Lynchburg.

Alice Smith

A graduate of Radford University and the University of Virginia, Alice is a lifelong Central Virginia resident. She also serves on several community boards, including the Salvation Army, Meals on Wheels, and Community Concerts.

Joan Austin
Secretary

Joan and her husband Noel live in Goode, Virginia. She is a career Secretary and has served churches in Michigan and Virginia.

The Young Musicians Program has many talented adults who find great joy in working with children's music. They include: Terri Cornwell, Young Musicians Coordinator & Sonshine Singers; Sarah Heideman, chimes; Lori Rocco, keyboard; and Christine Schram, music outreach ministry."
