Forest Presbyterian Church offers opportunities for growth at every stage of the Christian walk:
 

Church School

10:00 – 10:45

Classes are offered for all ages, including adults.

  • 10th - 12th grades
  • Contemporary Adult Class

Nursery

9:00 and 11:00

Facilities are provided for babies and toddlers during the 9 am and 11 am Worship Services, with adult supervision.

Childrens Chapel

Children through 2nd grade participate in worship in the sanctuary and go downstairs to Chapel following the Word with Children. Supervising adults lead worship activities for children.

Family/Congregational Events

  • Advent Family Workshop: 1st Sunday in Advent – includes making Christina crafts, food, and fellowship.
  • Church School Showcase: 1st Sunday in June – celebrates the end of the Church School year with the students presenting what they learned to the congregation.
  • Vacation Bible School: in July – includes Christian themes, food, fellowship, crafts, and games.

ChristCare

Circles of Care with Christ at the Center

Five ChristCare small groups are offered to study God's Word and enjoy Christian fellowship.

  • Faith Builders' ChristCare – 2nd and 4th Fridays, 9:30 am
  • Disciples in ChristCare – every other Tuesday, 10:00 am
  • Mom's ChristCare – 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 9:30 am
  • Women's ChristCare – every Tuesday, 9:30 am
  • Women's Evening ChristCare – every Wednesday, 7:15 pm

Golden Lunch Bunch

2nd Friday each month, local restaurant, 11:45 AM

We have a senior citizens group that meets once a month, with Kathryn Drury in charge of this group.
Their information is always on the church calendar and in the newsletters and bulletins.

 

Men's Group

1st Saturdays, 8:00 am

Men gather for fellowship and group discussion on current events and how they impact Christian lives. Monthly.

Youth Ministry

6th – 12th grades

Forest Youth Reaching Everyone (FYRE) is very active in our church and our community.

  • Meet every Sunday evening
  • Plan and help in local Mission Projects
  • Attend Youth Conferences
  • Participate in Mission Trips
  • Hold Fundraisers
  • Learn and Have FUN
